Amy in the pharmacy on Columbia road in Augusta GA was unprofessional, inappropriate, and just plain rude. I went to pick up my medication and Amy proceeded to tell me her opinion about my medications on my profile and what one would assume about me. I asked her what assumption? Always personable, take their time with each patient and truly care.
I am on important heart medicine when I call in and ask about a prescription I should only have to tell the automated answer one time for a pharmacist I should not have to sit there and try to beg a machine to get me a pharmacist try using humans
Always a great experience
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. No one ever seems to be on the same page. All the “head technicians” that speak for the pharmacist seemingly make their own set of rules until the pharmacist comes and then it’s a completely different story. Instead of addressing the issues in her store, she’d rather you find another pharmacy in the CSRA. Fitting behavior, considering she’s rude, unprofessional, and talks over people anytime they voice a complaint. All the issues start with her.
