I have been dealing with this pharmacy since it was first opened I have been a customer of the Kroger since 1983 when it first opened. I have never had any issues at all until today with Amy in the pharmacy.She was extremely rude. I had a prescription called in by my doctor yesterday. I am highly disappointed with AMY in the pharmacy. She is very rude and nasty (on the phone and in person). She gave me the wrong dosage for my jardiance. I just started insulin and they didnt give me any supplies or instructions on how to administer to myself. I went up there to talk to her and she was the rudest and most nastiest person I have met. Horrible customer service!!

I’ve been using Kroger Pharmacy for 11 years now and not once have I ever had an issue with the pharmacy or any of their employees until today . Alexia working the pharmacy drive thru was very rude . I’m shocked as many years as I’ve had my prescriptions sent there I’ve never had anyone there be so rude or rude with a nasty attitude until today .
