I have been using Kroger pharmacy at Terra Firma Mason ohio for many years. They are very helpful and answer my questions. The refills are done on time with a text to follow. Thanks
hate to say it, but the new store in Maineville is so much better than this tired old store in Mason!
To be clear this Kroger is great and a great location. We used this pharmacy for convenience for years. It appears they have hired some very disrespectful teens to take over the pharmacy and this lead to a few very horrible experiences. The final straw occurred 2 months ago when my wife had just given birth with dangerously high blood pressure. Kroger drive-thru pharmacy pick-up at Terra Firma location is great. I don’t understand the bad reviews. It is so convenient using the app to see prescriptions that are available to be refilled. You just mark the ones wanted and select a pickup time and day. Rx always ready when they say. The staff are all courteous, helpful, efficient. It is the best pharmacy I have used since I moved here 7 years ago. I tried online pharmacy which was awful.
