If you were to ask me a year ago I'd give it 1 I'm on a lot of medications and now I have them set up on auto refill. Or if they can't be on the auto refill I go to the Kroger app and request a refill. The staff isn't too polite but there's been some rude pharmacists as well. If you get a system down like I finally did, then it's not too bad.
