God help you if don't interact with one of the competent employees or you need something more complicated than "pick up your medication which is ready". 75% of them don't know what they're doing including one of the two actual pharmacists. I needed to pick up a medication early without insurance because I was going out of state for awhile. I was told it was out of stock and to check back in a few days. Great pharmacy and very friendly staff. However, it is very obvious that they are short-staffed and have been for months to even a year+ on end now.

Whoever the lady pharmacist is that work's the desk most times (foreign) is nothing but RUDE! They have a lunch from 1-130.... I get that, but I had headed to the line at 1:32 and got huffed and puffed at by her as she was going to bathroom for absolutely no reason, and then after her opening that gate at what was now 1:39 I proceeded to the desk to pick up my son's prescriptions, he has adhd and requires medication that's a narcotic. Lines have been ridiculously long inside store. Cars DON’T MOVE at drive thru. This pharmacy has been short staffed for months & while the staff is friendly (but noticeably stressed) I am moving all of our prescriptions elsewhere. We don’t have 30 minutes to wait every time we need to pick up a prescription. This pharmacy has lost my business.
