I’ve just about never been madder. Drove over while super sick because I was told my prescriptions were ready only for a lady to rudely tell me that they only had some of my items and told me to come back in 4 days. Eventually she agreed to transfer them to a different store and then didn’t transfer one of them, which apparently they had the whole time at this store. Now I’m waiting while the much more helpful store tries to get her to transfer it so they can fill it. In Kroger Pharmacy purgatory.
Nothing is more disappointing than having to deal with a miserable older woman and her insecurities.. No person comes to Kroger in a professional and polite manner to deal with A Cynthia who is rude, dismissive and passive aggressive. I respect the elderly so I took it the first time but not today.. I went shopping in this store and spent about $130 and was racially profiled by none other than an old black woman. I was with my baby girl on her birthday today and ringing up my items.. i had to wave the old black woman cashier down twice for assistance. Once because I needed to have her check my ID for alcohol, the last because the system prompted her to come check the bags.
