I am writing this review after multiple incidents in December 2025 and January 2026 involving the pharmacist on duty (Eric). During this period, my husband suffered a third rotator cuff tear, which has now progressed to requiring a full shoulder joint replacement. His physician issued valid, legally written prescriptions, including controlled substances, to manage severe pain related to this injury.
