Appreciate the pharmacists at Kroger. Always ready to council and answer any questions. The technicians are very polite and helpful as well.
Very poor customer service.
My wife was automatically transferred here when Walgreens closed. She’s going to transfer somewhere else. The staff is always very rude, needlessly over-explaining things. They told her that her prescription would be ready today and it was not. For whatever reason, they became very defensive about giving out inaccurate information and felt the need to question the quantity her doctor was prescribing her and go into detail about how they charge insurance.
