I am writing this review after multiple incidents in December 2025 and January 2026 involving the pharmacist on duty (Eric). During this period, my husband suffered a third rotator cuff tear, which has now progressed to requiring a full shoulder joint replacement. His physician issued valid, legally written prescriptions, including controlled substances, to manage severe pain related to this injury. Appreciate the pharmacists at Kroger. Always ready to council and answer any questions. The technicians are very polite and helpful as well.
Very poor customer service.
My wife was automatically transferred here when Walgreens closed. She’s going to transfer somewhere else. The staff is always very rude, needlessly over-explaining things. They told her that her prescription would be ready today and it was not. For whatever reason, they became very defensive about giving out inaccurate information and felt the need to question the quantity her doctor was prescribing her and go into detail about how they charge insurance.
