Made an appointment through the on line vaccine scheduler. When I arrived, the immediately surly employee at the front desk started asking me so many questions I asked if they had my appointment in the system. Her response was the scheduler was “down.” She then told me they did not have the Moderna Covid vaccine booster just Pfizer and did I want to keep the appointment. The service was extraordinary, pharmacist Youhanna helped me get my prescription transferred and filled quickly, very much appreciated his expert assistance!
I wish I could leave a good review for all the times this pharmacy has filled my prescriptions when I visit the area, but they refuse to stop pulling my prescriptions, even after multiple phone calls, and now I am out of medication because they intercept every single refill request. I DO NOT LIVE IN VIRGINIA. This is unbearable. I don’t know what to do next time I travel; I can’t risk going to this place again.
