there are no shopping carts here. none in the the front when you come in and none in the parking lot. this is not the first time this has happened. lots of people waiting at the front for a shopping cart. you need to order a lot more carts management
There are some places that I avoid like the plague simply because I’ve had one too many bad experiences there… Kroger on Lombardy Street in #RVA is one of those places. Items are never stocked, service is always shit, the store is a freaking wreck, and I’m never able to get in touch with anyone from Management to help… Kroger you have some SERIOUS work to do here in Richmond. By far the most consistently rancid, foul, disgusting bathroom I've ever been forced to use. Not sure if it's just never been cleaned, ever, or if it gets that filthy every day..either way it's disturbing and I feel like you should provide hazmat suits to anyone unlucky enough to have to use them. Pretty sure I just caught hepatitis/herpes/cholera and maybe full blown AIDS after peeing in here. ��������
