Your ClickList is terrible! I have waited 20 mins for my groceries, then the person who brought them out didn't know how to ring them up. In the meantime, she left my groceries sitting outside while going and getting someone else's order! When I got out of the car to ask what was going on, she told me I'd have to wait for her "lead", which was another 10 mins. And I got to PAY you for this kind of service?! Never again!
Im sick of all the preferred parking....there is a spot for everyone except the average shopper Self check out lines=we don't have to even speak to you....putting up displays and talking to each other is more important than the customer
My least favorite Kroger. I recently moved to the area and this is the closest one for me. Never enough lanes open, especially in late evenings. Sometimes waiting 10+ minutes because only self scan is open at night. Store always seems an unorganized mess. Unless I'm in a hurry I will go out of my way to go to another business.
I stopped here to get a few groceries and some after Christmas items. On a table of holiday candy marked 50% off was a large stack of my favorite boxed chocolates. Myself and another customer tried to find a price and asked an employee who told us to go scan it ourselves �. I took mine to the register expecting to pay half of whatever the price was but was told by the cashier this candy was not on sale. It is rather expensive so I said no and went to the service desk. Awesome...Hilliard Rome Kroger!!!! Best place ever!!!
Shopped for the big Thanksgiving meal at Kroger on Cemetary Rd in Hilliard, Ohio this morning, after finding major competitor's shelves bare, turkeys double the price at that place, no good pricing / specials...bah humbug. Kroger's has sales on about everything Thanksgiving-related. Thanks for planning ahead, Kroger's, fully stocking up and even offering lots of holiday sales. You rock! I know where to go first next time ;)
The store manager yesterday around 11am (her name is escaping me) was SO NICE and helpful to me. It was unexpected and she really made my day. It was in produce dept. that I had a question. Great job!!!
