Always takes FOREVER to drop off or pick regardless if I go in or drive thru. I'm signed up for text alerts when meds are done half the time I don't get them. I usually have to call myself And check. And as of today they decided to change their hours. I'm on the text and email list yet didn't find out about the hour change until I went to pick up my sick 3yr olds antibiotic and they were closed!! So yesterday I went to store with my Bestie and we don't live together and our Driver license even shows that, we even went in separate cars. Get in line and they literally wouldn't let me use my coupon because it says one per household! Ok we live separate! Never ever will I shop there again! I will call corporate everyday if I have too. Then the cashier wanted to make rude gestures to me and when I was leaving had the audacity to say " Bubble bursted " as if she got some type of pleasure because I couldn't use my coupon!!!
Love Kroger! Thank you for my bonus fuel points! Excellent custmer service! Several employees know me when I come in and are always so friendly! I never have to wait in lines!
SUCKS.....Always screws up our meds!!!!
