I walked up to the deli counter, another customer was standing there so I waited to be helped. The lady standing there said they are ignoring me. Two employees behind the counter were talking with each other while we stood waiting. Finally one of them said we are cleaning the machine what do you need!! The woman said forget it it’s not worth it, the other one said what can I get you a tone like I was bothering her . Your manager suck. They made us wait 45 minutes to come up front to talk to us and they laughs when we told that they never have cashiers. The lady at customer is just as bad her name is Sunshine. I would not let me dog come to this store. I see why your customers have such bad reviews a out this store. This store is on Midlothian

Store at 9000 Staples Mill Road is a constant issue with the cashier not paying attention to products that the store has reduced. This happens at least 3 times a month. Sale price items don't ring correctly, Reduced merchandise with a sticker with the reduced price is more likely to be rung as the regular price! When you go to the customer service desk you get poor service; ie seasonal product was regular 15.00; there was a sign posted everything75% off; at the register it rang regular price of 15.00. DONT ADD ALL SELF CHECKOUT .. Then have your staff attempting to treat people like thieves. I've never stolen from this company and frequent everyday with my business .I don't appreciate being ran up on and treated like a thief the moment I can't get something rang up fast enough.im being approached rudely asked to see screen then grabbed our receipt.
