Need more help because the window is closed for long periods of time during business hours. I couldn’t even get gas with cash or buy anything else.
Tried to use my Kroger gas points $39 dollars late no gas and a 7 day hold on my card smfh
Almost every time I come here, I try to buy a drink and pay for my gas at the window and the attendant will say she cant serve anyone for 5-15 minutes, citing she is on a mandated break. After maybe the 5th time this has happened, I am leaving a review and taking my business elsewhere. If Kroger cant hire another person to help or give her a fair schedule, I will not support Kroger, instead I will spend my money at a gas station owned locally. There is no convenience at this Kroger gas station.
