Me and another Customer were Amazed...It was the day before Mother's Day and the Floral Arrangements were badly neglected and the Two Ladies working acted as if it was an inconvenience for asking them pricing and help on the Floral Arrangements...Very Disappointed and Amazed at the Lack of Effort and Professionalism..😔
Do NOT use Kroger florist. Customer Service is horrible. I was told I they would place an order for 9 dozen roses that would be here by a Friday. They just called and said it would now be Saturday. That wasn't ideal but doable. Received another call that the manager didn't place order and would not be able to get them now. This is for a Wedding and has put me in quite the pinch.
