I went to buy flowers for my grandmother. There was a sign at the counter that said the florist was available, but the lady at the counter (the florist??) acted as if it she was annoyed when I asked her if she would wrap the flowers. She proceeded to wrap them extremely poorly; she clearly was not happy to be helping a customer, and did not take pride in her work. When I got home I unwrapped them and re-wrapped them myself....much better job than hers! Go to Hyde Park Kroger; you'll have much better service!

Easy. Nice selection of cut flowers as well as some in pots. Prices are reasonable and as a plus you don't have to search for the floral she, it is right up in front of the store. Another nice feature is that you can pay for your flowers right there instead of going through the checkout lines. There was nobody around when I was making my selection which was annoying as I had some questions but everything else was great.

every last florist at this place seem lime they have a nasty attitude...why ?? when we trying to spend money not one person behind counter ever greeted me or said thank u...krogers need to have a talk with the ladys over in this department
