terrible little girl at the counter- no help at all, lied and said they dont fill balloons up even if they came from kroger if you dont have a recipt! even if the balloon is literally kroger brand and to top it off she was so blatantly ignorant she "tried" to become a detective and made a very very bad attempt at putting imaginary clues together to imply I stole a balloon and blew it up, flattened it... made it look like brand new and come back in to get it blown up again... insanity!!!
