Purchased a large bouquet yesterday ($50) - brought it home and put packet in vase with water and made fresh cut on each stem. This morning, all the small roses, two of the full-size white roses, and a large chrysanthemum are dead. The bouquet looks like it has been here for days!! Poor quality flowers.
Great Customer Service in the Floral Shop!! Very polite & knowledgeable!! This is my second review: Management I cannot say too much for. After I got home from my short stay in Ohio ( It was my mother's 80th birthday) I had went to Athens Ohio to the Krogers to get balloons filled up with helium. I had an eight and a zero to be filled up and several flowers and letter spelling out happy birthday. I was advised It would cost me $32 which I was willing to pay. The florist was very helpful in helping me choose a arrangement for a friend of ours whom passed away. Decided on an angel planter with fresh cut flowers added to it. Thank you so much I greatly appreciated your help. So, anyone who wants to order flowers give them a try they're great.
