Bought an arrangement for my wife online. Turns out they didn’t even have the flowers available after taking payment. A call center out of town informed that they could do a designers choice with flowers far less expensive and the vase would be a generic vase. Update your selections online to show availability before a reprint payment for something you don’t even have.
I am out of state and ordered flowers for a friend's memorial service in the store's local area. The service was on a Saturday at 5pm. I placed the order online the previous Thursday afternoon. I was NOT NOTIFIED UNTIL TWO DAYS AFTER THE SERVICE THAT THE ORDER WAS NEVER DELIVERED!!! Horrible service and will never use again. They had more than enough time to let me know there was an issue, but didn't bother doing so.
