The ladies who run this bakery are unprofessional and rude. They don't explain things probably on the way things work because of "a third party company" that makes the online reservation. Don't waste your time ordering a birthday cake from this location. Unless you want confusion and disrespect.

Kroger is the dirtiest, most disgusting store in the country. Their shelves are never stocked, they sell expired food items and their produce goes bad within a couple of days. Their baked goods are stale and gross. I wish Publix would open a store in Memphis. They'd put Kroger out of business.

I ordered an cake online, got the order confirmation. I getting ready to put up my cake but it didn't go through. This is the last time I will order anything from your bakery. I will shop there but won't order my cakes from you all again.

I love the bakery and that's where I usually get all my cakes from but lately I've ordered like 4 BD cakes on line and EVERYTIME I GO PICK IT UP THEY'RE NEVER READY and they say they don't see my order. I always have to wait and that don't make no sense. They need to do better
