They refuse to fix their system so TCU cards can have the option to run as credit not just debit, so people can earn their rebate money from TCU. I even called into their customer care line and got no help WHATSOEVER. Sad that they’re not willing to let customers make their money work for them and they’re only worried about paying charge card fees. They just lost a faithful 30+ year customer.
Done shopping here. Multiple issues between pharmacy and grocery.
Lazy workers. Had hundreds of dollars worth of food and had to ring up through self scan because no one does it after 10 but they can ALL STAND AROUND TO WATCH. I guess it's time to find another store to shop
Ordered a cake and was not what I wanted looks like crap will never order another one again better off to go to walmart!!

I have lived in Plymouth most of my life& this is still my favorite place to shop!!
Terrible customer service, among of the many other things, I'm done shopping at this store. Every time I go in, I get nothing but terrible customer service, cashiers being rude, and not wanting to do their job, and products more than a month expired. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
