Sales prices are good IF items are in stock! Prices never ring up totally correct. It's very frustrating, especially when you have a tight grocery budget.
I've shopped there for years. I get what I want at a good price and the people that work there are like family. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.
I used to love kroger new castle but I don't know anymore now. new cashiers are just disrespectful to customers. Cashiers gossip about their customers too. No work ethics at all! And they choose who they want to be nice with. Yep! That's how bad kroger new castle now! If you can avoid kroger new castle please do so. It'll save you time and stress.
We stopped in tonight and had great customer service. The cashier was very friendly and let my young son help scan items. Thank you!
