Where do I begin? I moved to Sevierville on August 6th, 2016. Before I became disabled, I worked grocery retail and was in management. My first two trips to your location was great!! It took me a very short time to familiarize myself with the layout, but I do know how to read isle signs. So thank you for the signs. Everytime I shop there I get ripped off, half of the sales don't ring up and I don't find out till I get home. And the prices are threw the roof, $84 for less than 20 dollars worth of food
The quality of produce at your Sevierville,TN store has been greatly disappointing to say the least. These photos were taken on May 17th in your store. The first photo showing a bug inside the packaging. The second photo showing the cauliflower in less than fresh condition. Not happy with Kroger as I found 2 Bugs in my deli tray after eating two rollups
I am a long time loyal Kroger customer. I purchased fresh cod last night (1/5/15) for tonight's dinner. I just want you to know there was a worm in the fish. Luckily, I found it after I washed the fish and made my first cut into it.
