4 days before Christmas, when the thought of grocery shopping is dreadful, I dragged myself into Kroger (after completely rejecting Walmart as I saw how full the lot was). Wow! A complete 180 from what I expected. Every register open, lots of floor support, plenty of goods on the shelf. I guess everyone was as surprised as I because even the other customers were being friendly and helpful to each other. An A++ grade from me!
This is the best shopping experience I've ever had. The store is clean and well organized. The people are so friendly. Kathy in the Cheese dept. and Angela in the Meat dept. went out of their way and above and beyond to help me find great deals or recommend different items. We don't even live in hot springs, so this is a bit of a drive for my family, but based on today's experience, this is our new grocery store!!
I ordered a cake from there. With my sons ultrasound picture on it. And it was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
