Lately the store has not been stocked, and I had an issue with my milk being expired, I asked to speak with manager. His name was Brian, completely rude and argumentative, the date was clearly expired. Will not be shopping there anymore. Calling corporate! Ridiculous customer service.
RecommendedI have shopped the La Porte location many years. They always have good customer service. Occasionally they are low or out of some of the most popular items particularly in dairy! I just used the free pick up first time. The young man Nathan was super friendly and helpful. I was upset that many items were not available but other than that it was easy.
I will never shop there again
I went to krogers today that grab a few things and im absolutely heated. First we get there and have to move 2 carts out of the parking spot. We go inside and there are no carts at the entrance so i ask a redhead worker if they have any she responds with “No you will have to walk outside to get one” So we walk outside to get one and go back inside as we leave krogers none of the carts are outside where they belong, they are spread around the parking lot surrounding and hitting peoples cars. We order chicken for our daughters wedding (June 17th 2017) it was so good. I had so many guest come up and ask where you get the chicken, I told them krogers. The staff at the deli was so friendly and nice about it as they took my order several weeks ahead. When I called back to confirm it to make sure everything was OK, they were very polite and had it all taken care of and reassured me everything would be ready for that day. THANKS TO THE DELI N STAFF for having it done on time for pick up and hot to be serve. YOU ROCK!
Exceptionally good product, !A lot of in-store specials! .When I leave I always know I'm loved and appreciated and I'm still the customer... .Kroger chain is built on Christian principles. !&That is extremely commendable!LSMc!
I absolutely love how friendly and helpful the staff always is. I'm a bargain shopper so the sales and gas points is what keeps me coming back. I love how the staff always acknowledges my kids. It always makes their day when they give them stickers as we leave. �
