Worst customer service to anyone but especially people with disabilities that actually need help. I will never ever shop at Kroger again.
There are nice workers here but a lot of workers don't say hi or try to help you. Sometimes the wait in the deli takes forever. The parking lot layout is not good, so trying to treverse the crowds when the store is busy is not pleasant. The produce is not good,it doesn't look fresh a lot of times. I use to shop here all the time but I think this store has gone downhill in terms of product and service. It is in a convenient location. The private selection brand is good. Personally for me the bad outweighs the good.
Shopping was great but u need to replace your carts with lighter weight ones and not so deep.
Tried the click it for the first time . I ordered different things from different departments it was great was there 10 minutes. Jonathan was very helpful explaining it all to me as he loaded the groceries into my car. When I got home everything looked really good. As an extra they gave me a little snack bag for the ride home. I really enjoyed the experience.
