Horrible pharmacy & don’t care. 3x I’ve been told to come back next day to get script. Thursday out of stock, on order, Sunday it’s not here.... Monday sorry it’s here but we haven’t had time to fill it. Just stood in line over 30 minutes after sitting outside in line for 30 min to be told wasn’t filled yet. It was overlooked AGAIN. I had people in front of me...... I could wait. Yea I’ll wait till tomorrow when I transfer all 10 of my scripts to Walgreens. 🖕🏻
Be careful going to this Kroger with children! My grandson ended up with a horrible rash/chemical burn/something from the cleaner on their carts! He is not easily allergic! While looking for their FB page to ask them what was in their cleaner so we could avoid it, I found a bunch of other people that said it happened to their children as well! BEWARE!
RecommendedGreat customer service! I have been meaning to write this review for months. My kiddo was having a meltdown last year right when we entered the store and 3 different employees came to my aid. They offered her treats and their assistance to me. Seriously made me tear up that day. They definitely made our day better ❤️
first of all, Ive been told first hand from one of ur employees that they are not allowed to wear facemask & gloves. Really? do yall not understand what PANDEMIC means? second of all how dare you put ur employees at risk? You would be showing ur customers that you care about them, by wearing a facemask...less risk! I guess when we see a trend on Kroger employees with COVID-19, then you will allow facemask? Read up on CDC guidelines!
I ordered groceries to be delivered. I was charged for items I did not order as well as items I ordered and did not receive....almost $30 worth! I went to the store to get help and was told they had nothing to do with it, I would have to call corporate. I waited on hold for almost 30 minutes twice and was never able to speak to anyone. I filled out a form on kroger.com and received an email that I would hear from them in 48 hours or less. Still waiting and it's SATURDAY!! Have been shopping here for years. Staff is always very friendly and willing to help. Love the discounts on food and gas.

Store is dirty and the floor needs sweeping. Our cashier asked his manager for help in bagging groceries. She stated that so and so was supposed to come in later. We had to bag our own groceries. The manager did not offer to help. I won’t shop at this store for a long time, if ever. At least at Walmart you don’t have to bag your own groceries.
