Kroger Pharmacy is a NIGHTMARE. The staff is rude. They cannot count days and refuse to give you scripts that are 30 and 31 days. I hate those ignunt-ass people!

Was in Kroger this morning and saw a lady stocking shelves with no mask, also associated who do the shopping for pickup or delivery no wearing masks either. Your website says in response to Covid-19 all associates wearing masks, guess that just a publicity stunt.
Normally I love Kroger. in and out no fuss. But I used the Instacart delivery on the 7th. the website says my groceries are delivered but I have received nothing. I tried to reach Kroger who sent me to Instacart. I am upset, my money is gone and we didn't get our groceries. I don't recommend the home delivery service. I am disappointed and will do better research next time.
5 Stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful experience every time I go! Love their produce and clean and organized store. Friendly staff and great Manager Jon Smith! Always great customer service. Just switched to their pharmacy after using another one for a decade. Their pharmacists are the ONLY ones that have had a consultation when I have gotten new medications! Can’t go wrong with Kroger on Dowlen! ❤️❤️❤️

They are the only place in town that have THE HOT TAMALE PEEPS !!!!!
Pharmacy is so unorganized & they just fill your prescription whenever they feel like it.
What about this upscale location makes Kroger think we want self checkout. This is your best Beaumont location. Why have you removed all but three regular checkouts? The other grocer down the street is adding services and expanding upscale items. Please don’t go to the other end of the spectrum.
