All Kroger stores in Durham have been closed - abandoning their customers and eliminating the middle market for grocery shoppers. They have left us to choose between Amazon, Food Lion and Walmart, and loner drives to get to food. Yet another national chain proving that they don’t care about community.
Me: Do you have Passover food? Customer Service person: "We have to order Passover food a year in advance and the manager last year didn't order it." Kroger owns 29 grocery chains and had profits of $2 billion in 2016. They can't figure out how to order Passover food?
Kroger 3825 South Roxboro street I currently reside in Durham, NC 27707. I've had the worse discriminate treatment ever. So far there have been four formal complaints and have called corporate each time. Now here are the two problems Tuesday and Wednesday.
