I just want to take a moment to brag on the employees here! I'm not sure what the gentelmens name was but he was pulling in the carts last night 11/06/2016. I was pushing my cart to my car with my 1 year old at night time and he offered to walk us to my car. I turned him down because my car was just ahead but it makes me feel good that this employee saw it was just us and wanted to keep us safe!
I was being an idiot, walked away from the self-serve cash registers and didn't get my $20 cash back. Much to my surprise, two hours later, the manager gave me the $20 even though no one had turned it in! Wow! What a great way to treat a customer!!
I like shopping at Kroger, but Kroger should break down sales taxes. That way customers know what foods they're paying 3.25%, 8.75% or 10.5% sales tax.
Jennifer Miller McCoy in the floral dept is the best, my daughter has autism and Jennifer always takes time to talk to her and gives her a Kroger balloon!
