What we ordered verses what we got. How disappointing! If they would have called and told us they couldn’t make the cake we would have ordered from somewhere else. It wasn’t even well made. The whole thing was a mess. I couldn’t believe they thought it would be ok to sell that mess. They made it right and refunded our money but still not impressed.
Employees need triple check and have another associate verify all items in a pick up order to make sure everything on the receipt makes it into the car. Very poor quality service Kroger. I'm done being ripped off.
If you’re gonna buy fruit don’t ever buy it from Kroger on Starlite Drive!!!! Got TWO bunches of strawberries & the first was all bruised & mushy & bitter, went to get these this morning & BOOM🤢 I JUST bought these & did the grocery pick up I’m absolutely disgusted & we WONT be using them anymore!!

My daughter wanted to spread some joy for her 8th birthday. Kroger welcomed us and allowed us to bring 10 giggly girls through the store handing out joy treats bags to their customers. Thank you for being so kind!

Will not be using this Kroger Bakery anymore. I called over a week early for a simple cupcake order, spoke to the decorator that would be making them the night before and she agreed she could add a simple smiley face (eyes and mouth only) to each cupcake. The day before pick up, a worker called me to tell me “they don’t to that here” bc the bakery manager said so. Come on... really?? Terrible experience concerning the Bakery. Horrible customer service. Rude Managers. I use To shop a lot at this location but I will no longer be spending money at Kroger in general. I will gladly give my money to their competitors
