I do love shopping at Kroger, but I won't be buying chicken from here anymore unless it's frozen I guess. Bought a flat of chicken breasts the other day with "sell by" date of 6/25.. today is the 21st and I opened it up and it was rotten.. this is not the first time this has happened.
I love love love my Kroger. I feel like family everyone is so nice and kind always smiling and say hello and ready to help
I'm not one to advertise or promote but I shop Kroger all the time and have only once had a bad experience, and that was with a bagger who balked at my reusable bags because, "they are harder to use. It makes my job too hard". Anyway, I purchased some grapes today that didn't ring up the sale price and not only was the cashier sweet to double check the price but she have the the grapes for free! Now that's customer service!
I will NEVER go this store ever again. I have never had a problem until today. I have always gotten groceries etc here spending well over $100 every time. The management is rude especially Cody and Brad!!! I would not even give this store 1 star based on my experience today. This store does not even deserve that much. I will also be complaining to corporate!!!
Great store! One can drop off a prescription, tank up with gas and grab a delicious lunch for $6.00 to go in a few minutes. Friendly and helpful staff! My favorite Kroger Supermarket.
