RecommendedI used the Kroger curbside service today for the first time and was completely satisfied with the service. Ordering was easy and the pickup went really well. I've used Walmart once and tried to order from them a couple of times since. I got frustrated on their site and gave up. Some things I wanted to order were not available on curbside pickup. If I'm going to have to go inside to get some items, I may as well get everything inside. Kroger is far better!!! Bob Chancellor Baytown, Texas

Been coming here for forever. Nice staff, always a clean store and has amazing sales, close outs and GREAT Managers specials on meat!
Today at 9:35am I was at the store getting drinks. While I was inside, someone broke into my truck and store items. Tried talking to the manager, but all I got in response was "We don't have any outside cameras." WTF!!! NEVER shopping there again!!!! ����
Ordered a cake for today and they said they never received the order even though I have the confirmation number for the order! I will never go to this Krogers again. Nothing to help with the problem. I complained to krogers 800 number and I’ve always gone to krogers bakery for all my birthday cakes. They ruined the birthday! They never have anything in stock here anymore either!
Absolutely unacceptable to walk into a neighborhood grocery where it has been 20 degrees or less for weeks and employees bundled up like Eskimos saying Y’all refuse to repair heating system...ridiculous...hope HEB takes over all territory...THEY ARE TEXAS
