The Kroger Angleton location is the absolute best! I cant' say enough about the wonderful people. They are the ones that really make the store a pleasant experience to shop. Annette, Cathy, Patty, Nancy, Vicky, Boyd, Lloyd, Donal, Eula and so many more excellent employees, not to mention managers Larry and Sylvester. Their customer service is the worst by far. I went the night be before to find cupcakes for my daughter's 8th birthday no one was working. So I went this morning first thing to simply ask if they were making anymore cupcakes. Only for the bakery worker to yell and be ugly when I asked. Then the manager was supposed to be taking care of order which was to be ready at 9 am. We went at 9:30 and the order wasn't even ready nor started. Went shopping for the soda's that are in the ad paper that are on sale. I needed rain-checks for A&W and 7-UP; as they were out. Loyd at customer service said they would get more in before Tuesday. Then told me "I am not giving you any rain checks>" So I have to come back on Kroger customer service rep say so, because he chooses not to follow company policy and write a couple of rain-checks? So it is my understanding that corporate policy is nil it is all in the whim of the customer service rep.
Dead rat in the parking lot and would do nothing about it
I love shopping at krogers but hate the rude ass cashiers at the front. First there was one being extremely rude to a man who couldn't speak English and when asked why they were being rude they said "this is America and he needs to learn to speak English." Then I had a cashier ask my wife if she knew how to use birth control properly while she was buying a pregnancy test as if it was any of her god damn business.
