I shopped this location today at 5:30 pm. ONE check lane open! As I stood in line at the overcrowded self checkout, I was told by the very rude worker that I needed to move because I was blocking the aisle. (which I was not at all) I was then instructed to move up to the open register. As I said, it was very crowded and there was barely any room for me to scan my groceries. I am a loyal Kroger shopper but I can assure you that my family or I will NEVER shop the location on Lake Ave again!!
The lady who always loads my groceries when I order online at this location is a delight! Thanks for great service.
I understand crowds on weekends but when people with clearly way more than 15 items, some with 2 carts, are allowed to go through express lanes, that’s poor management. Also this Kroger used to be my go to store. Not anymore. I’ll either go to Hy-Vee in a rush or out to the Kroger on N Knoxville.
☹️Went to the pharmacy on Lake... Was asked “why do you come here if you don't like it” by the pharmacist after I complained about the pharmacy employees making too many mistakes. I won't go there again, I have already transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy. This is not the first time employees have been jerks.😠
RecommendedA cashier today was so nice! She complimented my new glasses without realizing I am still deciding if they're the right look for me. She gave me just the confidence boost I needed! I wish I knew her name in order to thank her properly, but she was African-American with braids that had a little bit of blue. Sometimes just a few nice words from a stranger make a huge difference!
I was there on Friday 7/20/2018. I had a seizure while in th edeli line. Not sueof he 2 ladies that were there. But they helped me out. I dont remember much. but I remember ttthem asking me if I was ok.; pretty sure they were the ones that got me helpe. the next thing i remember is being in the hopsital. was released laer hat night. they wanted to keep me. i am forever grateful for these 2 ladies and whoever else helped me out. thank you so much. and thanks to he manager or woever made sure that I got my groceries back. ever... read more
Shout out to Kroger on Lake for outstanding customer service today (Christmas Eve)! Two guys unloaded my basket, one asked if there was anything I didn't find that he could help me with, one offered to help me to the car, and I did not wait in line at all. Merry Christmas! �
Our bagger, Ron, was Wonderful! He was extremely pleasant and friendly, and super sweet to our little boy - even went out of his way to make him smile, buying him a sucker! It's so rare to receive customer service that goes above and beyond these days, so thank you Very much for a wonderful experience!
