Clarify the delivery chaarges. Web site says 5.95 on orders over 35.00 I am charged 11.95 and my order is always way over 35.00 and I cannot get a straight answer from them.

We went to the Bellerive Kroger in Nicholasville today for flowers for my Dad and my Grandparents grave. They are buried across the street from this Kroger. I was having a difficult time picking bouquets and Danielle in floral was super helpful.
