I guess good help is difficult to find nowadays. I've tried numerous time to call them to check to see if they have an item in stock. They put you on hold for a ridiculous amount of time, then hang up on you. Call back, same results. Go into the store & they are not much better in helping you find the item. They act like you're bothering them when you ask them a question.
