This is the second time where I’ve placed a curbside pickup order and they just flat out don’t fulfill the order. I called about my order today after the window of pickup expired because they never let me know it was ready only to find out that everyone in pickup had left. Why provide available windows if you’re not going to fulfill the order or communicate that you can’t fulfill it? The lack of communication this location has is disheartening. There is a taller old man with a VERY Bad attitude. I seen him one morning and he was slamming carts yelling “ I’m tired of people not pushing their carts in!” Tonight I seen him and he just starts speaking indirectly to this man saying “ yall need to stay off your phones!” He’s an older black man probably 60 and he’s in charge of carts. He’s gotta be like 6’4.
If I could give this place 0 stars I damn sure would! If you’re black, I wouldn’t shop here. I experienced discrimination while shopping at this store at 7 am this morning. I went in to grab a bite for lunch and proceeded to check out with my receipt in hand. As I was about to put my car in reverse, an employee ran up to me and said, “You forgot to pay for your groceries.” I reached into my bag and showed him my receipt, which I had paid for.
