This by far the worst Kroger that I have visited. I was looking to buy some tomatoes and plums. The Roma and slicing tomatoes were soft and mushy. The plums were overipe. Does anyone take care of the produce department? Then I went to the self checkout and was met with a rude employee who rolled her eyes and stated I can't help you with the price difference because you already rang it up. I feel sorry for the people who have to depend on this Kroger!
Very disappointing experience with Kroger’s professionalism and time management on Moreland Ave. It’s extremely inconsiderate of customers’ time to have a store scheduled to open at a certain time and then not have the proper management or staffing in place to actually open on time. People have jobs, appointments, and responsibilities, and shouldn’t have to stand around waiting because the store isn’t prepared to operate when it says it will. Staff has always been quite friendly. This location in particular has been my go-to for a bit now.
This store never opens as 6am as promised I’m always having to wait outside for 5-12 minutes because there isn’t a cashier I’m tired of this! I want to be able to get what I need within the hours promised
