Each time that I go to this location, it’s as if I’m meeting each and every staff member on the worst day of their life (especially the deli/sandwich-meat counter). Between the worn condition of the building and the sub-standard wages that they advertise when soliciting new hires, it’s not hard to understand why. If only the Rochester area had other grocery options!!
OU night was fantastic.
big shot out to the tall gentleman Santo, for helping me grab the cocoa powder! he also has a nice smile
Manager is super rude and at 6pm on a Sunday night there is only one self checkout. Pathetic. I try to support unions but this place sucks. Produce is awful; customer service sucks. I am going to shop elsewhere.
