I was just in there and found that an advertised price, based on a sticker on the shelf, was two months old. That they would not honor the lower advertised price. Sent an email to several business lawyers on my way home and every single one stated by not honoring the price sticker, they are committing false advertising as well as fraudulent advertising. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The store is a huge lie, don't believe any advertised prices, even if they're in the app. Those are never updated either.

Guest services hours are 8am to 8pm. Why are you consistently closed prior to 5pm? No staff? Pay them more! Stop coping out and choosing to let the consumers suffer. Get rid of these stupid self check outs and start paying more workiers a livable wage and maybe customers will shop at your few still open locations

There seems to be only one person who knows how to do money orders, and that person is never available. Perhaps they should do something crazy like train someone else?

Management changed its policy to put customers with >15 items in a long supervised checkout line. Coupled with their repeated decision to understaff the store and keep half of the self-checkouts closed, this results in a perpetually crowded store that makes a five minute trip take a minimum of thirty minutes. Great staff and neighborhood dealing with terrible decisions at the management level! Kroger corporate: help management do better!
