The one and only thing this Kroger has going for it is consistency... It is consistently the worst Kroger I’ve ever been to in my life. The worst selection, ALWAYS out of half the common things ppl need. Management is a joke. 5 years living in the area, I now get groceries in town and drive them 45 min home to avoid coming here. Most of the staff are lazy with “entitled” attitude.

Produce and dairy here is a scam. Check your dates, they love to sell expired food. Fruit looks fresh and when you get home and cut it, it's rotten. They need to stop advertising these things when they are never up to that standard. I'll be driving the extra 20min to never come back. Too many chances given.

Their pickup is a joke. Several times, we have waited nearly an hour or more. Walmart down the street rarely takes more than 5 minutes. Management seems apathetic to the issue because it never gets resolved. Many customers get frustrated and leave. This is not to mention how they are often out of products, even when service is somewhat quicker. You can go in the store, shop, and check yourself out in the amount of time it takes to receive your pickup. I would advise doing that if you come to this store. Update 8/15/2025: Bum... read more
