Just left store and if I hadn’t spent an hour doing my weekly shopping I would have left. Our cashier Jodi was rude and unprofessional. I would expect that from a younger person but not an adult. Tried to call store but was hung up on. Probably my last trip to this store- no problems at any other location. Must be poor management as store is not as well kept as other Kroger’s.
I have 3 high schoolers I've been getting ready for homecoming for 2 different schools. During all my scrambling to make everything perfect yesterday I realized I forgot to order 1 corsage. I called several places that couldn't help then called Kroger. Tami was who I spoke to, gave her an idea of what I needed and she said I'll have it done when you get here. Not only was it done, it was beautiful. She helped me in a pinch with a big smile. Thanks
Is this location closing? Used to love going there now it seems to be more of a chore for a lot of stuff is gone
The pharmacy is HORRIBLE AND GOING TO KILL SOMEONE! TWICE IN A MATTER OF DAYS 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE I KNOW HAVE BEEN CALLED DAYS AFTER HAVING PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED HERE TO BE TOLD THE DIRECTIONS AND DOSAGE WERE PUT I CORRECTLY ON THE BOTTLES! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! SOMEONE IS GOING TO END UP DEAD BECAUSE OF THE IGNORANCE OF THIS PLACE!
To everyone at Kroger's in Hebron for your cheerfulness and helpfulness at 8 this morning. Especially to the gentleman who helped me with self checking.
I love the staff of the Krogers in Hebron, especially Linda . She always has a nice word to say and a bright smile!
