Customer service at Calhoun Kroger is so horrible. Cashiers, service desk and click list employees all need to be retrained in customer service skills because they do not possess any at all!
I made a last minute call to the deli this morning to order chicken for a family reunion. (I forgot to order yesterday). The young lady was super helpful and they are “squeezing” my order in even though they usually need 24 hour notice. Wonderful customer service!
The store is fine, it’s the gas pumps. I go to Kroger to avoid parking lot hustlers found at Walmart and other chains. Today I go to pump gas and end up getting strong armed into buying $30 wax... it’s invasive and annoying.
I work at the Calhoun, Georgia Kroger. I love my work environment, everyone always has a happy face and are very welcoming. We try our best to satisfy our customers. We have an amazing team of cashiers and self-checkout attendants. Our team is the best I’ve ever worked with! I love kroger
I always see smiling faces when I go to Kroger. Sometimes I need just a few things but most of the time I find so many deals I fill my buggy up. Trevor is my favorite in the self check area he always makes us laugh.
I work here at Kroger in Calhoun GA. I personally think our people are GREAT. We strive to highly satisfy our customers, I’m sorry if we don’t have the product in that you need, we will offer a rain check or substitute something else for you. We close our registers at 11pm because that’s what our hours call for, self check out is open from 11pm-1am. I personally use self check out to bag my own groceries.
This store has got to have some of the most incompetent people ever!
So I am sick and doctor has sent me in some cough pills I tell the person I need to get just the antibiotics and the cough medicine today because of lack of money till payday and when I get in the car going to take one of the cough how about there not what he gave me really You need to learn medicine names if your going to work in a pharmacy Trent
