Nice folks clean store could use more help in customer service
5 stars for Joey today!!! I realized I had misplaced my wallet, a prompt call to Kroger was a huge burden removed from my shoulders. "Yes mam, we have your wallet, it was turned in at service desk." I would like to thank the person for their honesty and a special thank you for Joey. Kroger, you have one super employee.
They have been treated me well there and I was greeting customers. They were friendly customers. Looks like I love this job there.
Not happy today! Bought a bottle of wine. Discovered it was rancid when I opened it. Tried to return it two hours later. Didn't have the receipt. Store manager wouldn't take it back. Been shopping there 35 years. Spend about $8k annually between gas and groceries. Not happy.
I have always loved shopping at our Kroger's till today our cashier Wanda was excessively rude!! She doesn't understand the difference between a transaction and a purchase and when I tried to explain it to her she rolled her eyes and talked rude about us to her friends in line behind us. She placed her finger on the barcode of the coupons so they wouldn't ring up then claimed we couldn't use them!!! She slammed our groceries on the belt and threw them around.
