Good deals on good food and drinks
I called to order a birthday cake for my mom. I called the bakery 3 times during the day and no one answered the phone. I went there during my lunch and there were plenty of people in the bakery to answer the phone. I went to pick up the cake several days later and they did not make the cake. They had the order but just didn’t make it. So my mom will be very disappointed to not have a cake for her birthday!
KROGER CHARGED ME TWICE FOR THE SAME PURCHASE WHICH WAS ON THE RECEIPT AND MY BANK STATEMENT AND I GO BACK THERE TO HAVE THEM CORRECT THE PROBLEM AND THE SO CALLED MANAGER DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO RESOLVE IT AND IT WAS A DEBIT TRANSACTION. HIRE MANAGERS WHO KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING BECAUSE YOUR MANAGER ON DUTY TODAY IS DUMB! I HAVE TO LOSE SCHEDULED TIME BECAUSE KROGER TOOK MY MONEY AND WON'T GIVE IT BACK! THEIR MISTAKE BUT MY PROBLEM! MOST UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED!
