Today I was shopping at Spartan Square Kroger’s. I had my cloth shopping bags that I reuse all the time in my buggy. Why my back was turned someone stole my bags. They were empty cause I had just started shopping! I complained to management! He said he could pull video but there was nothing he could do. He did give me two .99 cent bags. Just makes me made I had just purchased two of Kroger’s $5 cloth bags plus had a good refrigerated bag and other good bags. They don’t seem to care that they just lost a customer. the store itself is awesome and I do all my grocery shopping here! however the pharmacy is horrible. rude pharmacy staff, issues after issues with not being able to get my daughter's medicine on time. and they always want to blame someone else. never receive the text alerts they claim to send out when an RX is ready. yet they say "well we sent it". the staff is always RUDE, never seem to know what they are doing. and when you ask to speak to the store manager to file a complaint they will hang up on you!!! Never shop there again. One cashier, rest are self serve.
I am a Clicklist shopper and while I have had issues with orders, customer service ALWAYS handles the issue so well!
My main complaint is the pharmacy! I went to pick up rx for tamiflu (I have the flu) and am told their system is down so I cannot get my rx. They cannot call it to another pharmacy because of my insurance. I can check back to see when their system is back up! No thanks! I'll just suffer with the flu. Really f*ing angry right now!
I love the level of professionalism and genuine smiles the Clicklist delivery guys have! Thank you for this service with a smile- it saves my sanity!
