PATIENTS BEWARE!!!!! Apparently, I’m not alone (see comments) in feeling like this guy is an embarrassment for all doctors. This guy doesn’t listen to you at all. I only had two appointments with him, but after the first 10 minutes that I talked to him, he apparently knew better than all the doctors before him. Dr. Kroessler is the first Dr. Since the start of Covid to actually listen and give me the time to appropriate help I was seeking. I can't express my gratitude enough, having 2 small children and the craziness of 2020 I needed the right help. I also have been greeted with positive, helpful reception at the front desk!
Dr Kroessler is the first doctor to finally help my fiance in over a year of struggling to find the proper help. He genuinely listened and was very empathetic. He went above and beyond to address what no other doctor has been ABLE or even AVAILABLE to do in literally a year of searching for the right help.
They are terrible there. Dr K is ok it's the other doctor he didn't believe me. I went for second opinion and was found to be adhd, depressed, and anxiety.
