Hey Kroenke Group, I called this weekend about getting towed at Lucky’s after only being there an hour. I was told you hired these people because people may try to park at Lucky’s all day to go to the football game (not the case...wasn’t going to the game). I explained to the lady in the lot that I was coming back to shop. She was chasing my son and I in the lot with no badge, no ID, smoking her cigarette. Can you call me back, please?
Very unprofessional and would never recommend to anyone.
They own TKG Woodmen Commons LLC in Colorado Springs by Woodmen/Academy and have the smallest parking spaces in history, leading to parking issues. Now I'm never shopping at those properties again. A massive protest is planned on the public sidewalk as people will enter their property. Too bad these morons don't know how to run commercial properties!
Deal with damaged property
Since these people have taken over as management for our building 6 years ago there has been nothing but problems. I don't know how they are allowed to run any strip mall. We've had roofing leaks for years that they don't care to fix. I came to work today with a huge puddle of water in my doorway and called to have something done about it because I don't want a customer to slip and fall on it. in a lease dispute and have a had no contact, signed a lease for my bussiness on feb 27th sent it back got the keys sent the money , now they tell me it isnt valid because they havent signed it because of dispute with Michaels Arts and Crafts. they have a discriminitory provision in there lease that will not let tattoo studios in centers were they operate.
