This place is a joke. I've been here 5 and a half hours and have only had my vitals taken. All this simply to get refills for my out os state prescriptions. Told to come here by my doctor's office.
Been here since 11:15 this morning there was no seats available to sit was waiting outside for my name to be called and they couldn’t come outside to see if I was still here because there were NO seats available to sit in!!! I can’t believe I have to stand and wait to be seen for a work accident and wait another two hours to be seen because they have only one provider!!!
Terrible service, incredibly slow, and absolutely no level of urgency. I understand taking time to be thorough with each patient, but this took it to a whole new level. I checked in around 10am, and by noon, not a single person had been called back for anything other than vitals. Watched many individuals walk out. Thought about it constantly throughout my wait as well.
currently STILL here, i got here at 8am and it’s currently 12:25. it’s one thing to take your time to make sure every patient is cared for but it’s another thing to only have ONE doctor on duty, many people including me were asking how much more of a wait we had and we all got nothing but dry answers and attitude edit- i had gotten called to the back at roughly 12:04 just to mention, only time i’ve been seen was to get a signature from a nurse. it’s 12:36 now and i haven’t been seen at all. 4 and a half hours and counting of... read more
Sat there for over 3 hours. They took vitals and let me sit there. The waiting room filled up. No one went back to an exam room. They need to get it together.
