I'd recommend staggering lunch breaks for your staff members. Brought my daughter here with a potential broken wrist, in pain. At the time of this review, we've been here over an hour and not one single person has been called back. It's obvious that everyone is on lunch. And it's proof you really don't care about patients.
Went in to get help with high blood pressures. After 4 hours waiting, and a charge of $49.60 these players told me they don't start new blood pressure medicine because they don't have the ability to schedule follow up appointments. Seems legit. What does NOT seem legit is despite me providing a crystal clear description for my visit, nobody could tell me this before waiting all that time and and paying $49. 60. I gotta hand it to y'all; y'all some SMOOTH players, I didn't even see that swindle coming. FRAUDS, all of you.

Krmc is very understaffed office manager is not doing a good job they need more Drs or Nurse practitioners to be able to provide better health care assistance I have been here since 8am when the doors opened and still have not been seen. And I am having a hard time breathing. But it doesn't seem to matter much.
The girls at the front desk are so beyond rude.
