If you enjoy waiting at minimum 3-4 hours for a simple strep test, by all means, this is the place for you. Incompetent and unprofessional. Apparently, health is not urgent here.
6 1/2 hours to be seen today. Absolutely ridiculous. Been here many times and it's never been great, but this was definitely the breaking point. They need to get it together big time. Many people walked out & I don't blame them. I was tempted to as well, but my child needed medication and already had too much time invested in waiting. Please hire more staff, this is just embarrassing at this point. Waited 6 hours to get in a room, other visits with only one provider, complete embarrassment to Kingman that this place is our main urgent care. I appreciate the staff trying their best, but please hire more doctors to actually help people.
Almost 4 hours and waiting, I inquired an hour ago as to where I was in line i was 4th now an hour later I am 3rd. Completely unacceptable care.
