I'm pleased with the care I received. Reasonable time taken with me and only a couple of short waiting periods of 5 mins or less.
I came in simply to get a blood work order. I had flu symptoms and this is only relevant bc they kept me waiting for an hour and a half, letting 4 people who had checked in AFTER me come in first. When I questioned reception she said, "We decided their symptoms were worse than yours" which I found pretty alarming. Then, after an hour I was called in to check my vitals. the first time I went to urgent care, the person that did my vitals asked if I wanted a strep test. I said, what's a strep test? she said "it's when they test for strep." I said okay. obviously she was dismissive, and did not care to explain what the test entailed. so I was woefully unprepared, for when I finally got seen, and the tester tried to put a swab down my throat.
