Other times this clinic has been fine. But today is ridiculous. I have been waiting 2hs and 20mins to get a room. This is urgent care but not primary care. You,Dr are not hired to go into great details. Get it together. I don't care how others feel but Drs let's move it along!!! Terrible !!! Other staff were sweet and considerate. I was here for a dog bite. Edit: I may have been a little harsh, it's been a bad day. Ms Teeple was so kind, along with radiology staff.
I would give less stars if possible. Absolutely ridiculous over full lobby yet plenty of staff sounding like they are having a party while people wait over 2 hours to see anyone
Winter for they have a splinter removed from my finger that would have got infected and call it over. They charged me $80 just to tell me I had to go to some skin dermatologist to have a splinter removed. Whatever happened to our healthcare?
No reason why people need to sit inside for 3 plus hours without even calling patients back at all. Terrible, especially when you are sick or in pain.
