From the moment called to become a primary care patient, the staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful, making the transition to a new medical provider seamless. I really like my Dr. when I see her, but leaving messages via the portal or phone rarely gets a response, (very frustrating) but my cardiologists office answers me very quickly.
There is a mentality at krmc that they dont make mistakes, so they dont double check their work. If you point out any mistakes, you might get black balled. So After just a few months I have given up and am getting treatment elsewhere. Lost referrals, lost records, the gaslighting - its all the patients fault for not making sure they did their job.
