As a new resident to Kingman, I couldn't be more grateful to have found KRMC. From the moment called to become a primary care patient, the staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful, making the transition to a new medical provider seamless. I really like my Dr. when I see her, but leaving messages via the portal or phone rarely gets a response, (very frustrating) but my cardiologists office answers me very quickly.
There is a mentality at krmc that they dont make mistakes, so they dont double check their work. If you point out any mistakes, you might get black balled. So After just a few months I have given up and am getting treatment elsewhere. Lost referrals, lost records, the gaslighting - its all the patients fault for not making sure they did their job. Disappointed yet again. I had an appointment scheduled for 6 months—set for Thursday. On Tuesday afternoon, I get a call saying the doctor is out for the week, so they have to cancel. No explanation, no apology, no urgency to help reschedule. If the doctor is out for the week, that’s usually something that’s planned—not a last-minute emergency. So why wasn’t I contacted sooner?
