They don't tell you your do tor is gone. Then they put you on a waiting list. I've been with them 10 years and they have done this twice. They don't answer the phone or return calls promptly
I was seen 90 days ago and was assured a needed inhaler would be prescribed and a sleep study ordered with the following appointment scheduled ninety days out!!! I immediately asked for a sooner appointment and was told none were available!! I asked to be called if there was a cancellation and there was no call!! I hate to say it but this pulmonary care is as terrible as our inadequate care at KRMC. So sad for Kingman!
Not happy. I have had an appointment with my doctor for over a month. It's in 2 weeks. Now suddenly my doctor is no longer available to me. He's leaving the practice. Why can't this hospital keep doctors? Dr Mahgoub was a fantastic doctor when i first started seeing him but something changed over a year ago. Now I don't have a pulmonary doctor with even though I have active valley fever. Not acceptable.
They dont care about people.drs have no clue what they are doing only want to push scripts and get paid!!! Never recommend this hospital to anyone terrible people who work here
Doctors are fine but if you call you'll wait all day on hols, they never pick it up, and I never get a reply to my voice mail.
