The first time I went to The Residency Clinic it went very smoothly and no problems the second time I felt like I was rushed the doctor was late although there was no notification on the board but I just waited because sometimes things happen with people in front of you but she was super rushed through the whole appointment I mean like kind of unprofessional and now I have contacted them to refill prescriptions the third time this week I have been in a queue for more than 40 minutes. I am a patient here and have been calling for 3 days now. I have called 3 times a day, morning, midday, and afternoon. No one answers the phone or returns my messages. I guess I will have to find a new doctor because I have been out of my medication for over a week and can't seem to reach my doctor. This is just sad.

I tested positive for Covid yesterday. It is my first time getting it, and I called the office yesterday to inform them I had it and to ask if I could get antiviral treatment because I have number of autoimmune diseases and chronic health conditions. Nobody answered so I had to leave a message last night. Nobody called me back in the morning and I called around 11:30 AM and they had not listened to my message still.
