The people are doing the best they can with what they have to work with. Lots busier when the snowbirds are in town. Old folks equate to medical issues. Thanks KRMC
The first time I went to The Residency Clinic it went very smoothly and no problems the second time I felt like I was rushed the doctor was late although there was no notification on the board but I just waited because sometimes things happen with people in front of you but she was super rushed through the whole appointment I mean like kind of unprofessional and now I have contacted them to refill prescriptions the third time this week I have been in a queue for more than 40 minutes. I am a patient here and have been calling for 3 days now. I have called 3 times a day, morning, midday, and afternoon. No one answers the phone or returns my messages. I guess I will have to find a new doctor because I have been out of my medication for over a week and can't seem to reach my doctor. This is just sad.
Well I went inside and asked to make a appointment and I did not get one I was today that they would contact me by phone and tell me the appointment date.they said two weeks.six weeks later no reply so I call and asked if they tried to contact me she said no we must have lost your paper work.so she also said give me your information and I will have a appointment date for you in just a few a hours.and she did .ishow up get in line and gonna check in the lady helped the lady check all nice and with respect.then I say hello and... read more
